If your answer is YES, then Oakmont Country Club presents an exciting opportunity for you to join our culinary team as our Line Cook! Our Line Cooks are responsible for the daily production of food for the Clubs casual dining and fine dining restaurants.

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties

  • Set up, maintain, and break down work stations;
  • Follow daily prep lists and instruction provided by the supervisor and be ready for service by the times specified;
  • Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work station and equipment;
  • Attend daily pre-shift meetings;
  • Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs

Hours

Variable schedule based on operational needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications

  •  A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen a plus but not required.
  •  Professional knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation methods and kitchen operations.

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend and twist with no limitations.
  • Ability to work on feet for long periods of time.
