This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to support our chefs and service staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed. Store clean dishes and kitchenware in their proper designated areas. Clean dish stations and kitchen areas after each meal service. Collect and dispose of trash from kitchen workspaces. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and areas as assigned by the Leadership Team. Ensure a continuous supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation at all times. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety and sanitation standards. Work Environment Kitchen setting with frequent standing, lifting, and exposure to hot water and cleaning equipment. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
