We are seeking a Full-time/Part-time Laundry Attendant to join our team!  The Laundry Attendant is an integral role within our Housekeeping Department. The Laundry Attendant washes, dries, irons, and folds linens, sheets, towels from both our clubhouse and our overnight lodging accommodations while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.  This position requires lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.  Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.  Previous experience is a plus.  Competitive salary and benefits are offered.  Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Empties linen hampers; receives soiled linen Separates, sorts and counts linens and towels Loads and operates washers and dryers according to recommended capacity and manufacturer guidelines Ensure necessary chemicals/detergents are added in the correct quantities prior to wash cycle Operates the mangle to iron linens and sheets Folds clean linen and stores in designated areas Cleans and maintains laundry facility and surrounding areas Takes linen inventory periodically and reports shortages Lubricates laundry machines as required Requisitions laundry supplies Follow departments policies, procedures, and maintains Oakmont's standards of excellence Assists housekeepers and room attendants on special projects as needed   Qualifications
