- Oversee fixed asset roll forwards and reconciling schedules, ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.
Deliver High‑Quality Reporting & Audit Support
- Prepare and review asset reports, schedules, and analysis for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Own audit support for fixed assets, providing documentation, explanations, and reconciliations.
- Maintain strong internal controls and update procedures as the business grows and evolves.
Drive Process Excellence & Systems Improvement
- Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and control.
- Lead or support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to Sage fixed asset modules.
- Partner closely with IT and project teams to support the fixed asset workstream for a new ERP implementation, including data migration, process mapping, and testing.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure fixed asset processes align with GAAP and corporate policies.
Lead, Develop, and Coach a Team Member
- Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight for one direct report.
- Delegate effectively and help build capabilities within the fixed asset function.
