As a Groundskeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience a plus
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact with others in a team environment
- Drug test and background check required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
Requirements
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Â Â Daily grounds pick up, to include all amenities and all breezeways - all floors
- Â Daily cleaning of office and amenities
- Â Turnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of Apartments
- Â Â Assist Maintenance Team with other tasks
- Â Â Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
- Â Â Dog Park and Dog Park Station maintenance
- Â Â Model Touch Up Cleaning
- Â Â Various Maintenance Tasks
  Travel Requirements
• Travel is required for trainings, onboarding, and company-led learning sessions.
• Travel may include visiting other TMG-managed communities and attending regional or corporate training events.
• Overnight travel may be required on occasion, depending on training schedules and business needs.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed are required.
