Company Culture 

Energy Pellets of America has an immediate need for CDL Class A Truck Driver. Driver’s primary duties will be to operate tractor and end dump trailers to pick up local raw material and deliver to our wood pelletizing plant operation for processing. Driver’s will also make local deliveries of finished products as needed. 

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • CDL Class A
  • 1 yr. verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
  • Good driving record / MVR.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen and DOT Physical.
  • Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
  • Heavy equipment operator experience a plus
  • Fork lift operator experience a plus
  • Tanker experience a plus
  • Hazmat endorsement a plus

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform daily safety and maintenance check.
  • Practice workplace safety
  • Make management aware of any issues with equipment
  • Operate tractor and end dump trailers
