What You Will Own Help technicians and contractors identify the right part and solve product questions in real time, moving fast without sacrificing accuracy Enter sales orders, process transactions, and handle returns, credits, and warranty claims Keep the front end running cleanly even when volume is high and customers are stacked up Assist with stocking, inventory counts, and helping customers load product safely Build relationships that bring contractors back, treating every interaction as a chance to earn loyalty, not just close a transaction You are the first person a contractor sees when they walk in and the last impression they take with them. Your job is to make both count.
