What You'll Do

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations

• Educate families on available supplemental benefit programs

• Recommend personalized coverage based on each client's needs

• Guide clients through the enrollment process

• Build long-term relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Confidence using computers and virtual communication tools

• Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

Previous experience in customer service, sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, or client relations is helpful—but not required. We provide full training and mentorship.

Minimum Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to obtain a resident Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home workspace
