Forklift Driver - RideNow Warehouse-Ocala

RideNow Powersports - Ocala Warehouse is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to join our team. This is a Forklift driving position, and you must be 21 years of age or older. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely move and stack crated and non crated motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units around the warehouse
• Shipping and receiving (inspection / vin verification upon delivery) marking all units with our tracking numbers and stacking them safely.
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Help prepare units to be built and shipped
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and help manage inventory flow
• Perform support tasks as needed and requested.
• Load and document units being shipped to our dealerships.
• Pulling and staging units for assembly
• Moving units to proper staging areas once built.
• Locating and properly documenting damage on arriving units

What we're looking for:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to move and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units by hand when needed
• Valid driver’s license, motorcycle endorsement preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles up ramps when loading
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the warehouse premises——while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles & foot traffic.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
