The Telehealth Coordinator primary focus is to minimize the need for patient movement while maximizing the efficiency of patient care for specialty medical providers. The telehealth Coordinator will play a critical organizational role in the development, oversight, and improvement of telehealth care for patients. Time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to navigate multiple technology platforms are also critical components of the position. This person works with qualified healthcare providers to ensure the best outcome for the patient and other healthcare team members to develop, coordinate, communicate and educate all of those involved in the telehealthcare of the patient.
