We've built a system that works: we partner directly with Kelley Blue Book to generate a consistent stream of motivated seller leads, and our customer care team handles most of the outreach and appointment scheduling so you're never cold calling.

Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in person to evaluate vehicles
- Conduct vehicle inspections and condition reports
- Explain offers clearly and professionally
- Complete purchase documentation accurately
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Prior sales, automotive, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain pricing and value confidently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
