Job Duties:Â Under the direction of the Spinaweb Program Coordinator, the Program Assistant will participate in the daily operations of Spinaweb. Â This will include but not be limited to:
- Opening and closing the building as needed
- Assisting the Weavers in their Daily Schedule
- Administer Medication when necessary
- Supervise the Individuals in the Program
- Accompany Individuals on Community activities
- Set up looms and assist in the weaving projects
- Train Weavers on new skills
- Assist with quality control on all projects
- Complete Daily Log reports and documentation of any incidents
- Log in production hours for Individuals as requested
- Log attendance hours for Individuals as requested
- Provide input for Individual’s Program goals
- Assist Customers in the “shop”
- Complete order forms and process sales in the Retail shop
- Make recommendations for weaving projects and community activities    Â
- Attend all training as required
- Provide a Safe and clean environment
- Assist in keeping the building clean
- Provide Staff hours as needed
- Other duties as assigned
