This role verifies room readiness and supports staff to maintain exceptional quality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness, proper setup, and supply levels. Document deficiencies and verify timely corrections. Report maintenance issues immediately. Provide coaching and quality-check support for staff. Inspect VIP rooms and special request accommodations. Coordinate room readiness with other resort departments. Additional Responsibilities Assist with cleaning when needed during high-demand periods. Uses phone to track/monitor room cleans through the location's computer program. Pre and post-storm preparations. Support laundry or public-area tasks as required. QualificationsQualifications Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to coach and support team members effectively. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and push/pull carts. Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
