A Code / Covenants Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for HOA violations pertaining to maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. The Covenants Inspector will use their own vehicle however, mileage will be reimbursed.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Travel to community sites to conduct walk throughs and site inspections.
- Ensure HOA Rules and Regulations are followed and maintenance is being done propertly.
- Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints
- Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
- Take notes, document findings, submit reports to GM and Board of Directors, follow-up to ensure violations and maintenance concerns are corrected.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay rate: $18-$20 an hour.
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.).
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management, time critical prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid Drivers License.Â
