Essential Functions Direct and support housekeeping staff during daily operations. Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality and cleanliness. Assist with cleaning during high volume or reduced staffing. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Train and coach staff as needed. Communicate room status and repair needs to other departments. Enforce safety standards and company procedures. Assist the Executive Housekeeper on days off to oversee the department. Use all computer systems as required by the property. Other Functions Assist with laundry, public spaces, and guestrooms as needed. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Pre and post-storm preparations. QualificationsQualifications & Requirements Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Education & Experience High school diploma required. One to three years of housekeeping experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use basic office and property management systems. Ability to motivate and support a team effectively. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to push/pull carts and equipment. Work Environment Indoor/outdoor environment; weekends and holidays required.
