WE ARE SEEKING: A full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers at our 142nd Street, Ocean City, MD branch location.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Handling customer transactions, including:

Deposits and withdrawals
Account maintenance, such as address changes
Issuing debit cards
Responding to routine account inquiries
Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Additional tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
Prior customer service experience
Prior banking experience a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills
A professional appearance

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance.
