- Completion of or Current Enrollment in an Accredited Automotive Training Program Required
- Express/Lube Technician Experience Preferred
- A Love of Everything Automotive
- A Positive & Friendly AttitudeĀ
- Tools based on your experience

- Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
