INKY'S CANTINA + TAQUERIA IS A NEW CONCEPT BY BLUE DOG HOSPITALITY GROUP, OPENING THIS SPRING!

About the Role:

As a Barback, you will be responsible for supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive prompt and efficient service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area, stock supplies, and assist with the preparation of drinks. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work with a dynamic team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with POS systems
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Stock supplies and replenish inventory as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

Skills:

As a Barback, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skills to keep the bar area clean and stocked. Additionally, you will need to have basic math skills to handle cash and make change accurately. Finally, you will need to be able to work well under pressure and be a team player to ensure that our guests have a positive experience.
