About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at Yesterdays Creekside Tavern (YCT). As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable experience at YCT. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and handling cash transactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender Mixologist
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory management software
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
Responsibilities:
- Crafting and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
Skills:
As a Bartender Mixologist, you will be using your excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks to craft exceptional cocktails and beverages for our customers. You will also be using your communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be using your organizational and time-management skills to maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and handle cash transactions accurately. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude will be crucial to your success in this role.
