Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestĀ and residentĀ experiences.Ā
Ā
Your job will include:Ā
- Act as theĀ propertyĀ liaison and provide guestsĀ and residentsĀ with information,Ā responding to questions in person and over the phone.Ā
- Process payments and deposits.Ā
- Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.Ā
- Partner with yourĀ PropertyĀ Manager and communicate frequently toĀ addressĀ inquiriesĀ in a timely and professional manner.Ā
- PrioritizeĀ customerĀ satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.Ā
Ā
Experience & skills you need:Ā
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.Ā Ā
- 1+ yearsĀ of experience in customer serviceĀ withĀ exceptional customer service skills.Ā
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ā
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.Ā

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:
Hourly: $16.00 - $17.00The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicantās education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
