About the Role:

The Security role is critical in ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and information within an organization or designated area. The Security professional will conduct regular patrols, manage access control, and maintain detailed records of daily activities and irregularities. They will collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary to uphold a secure environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong observational skills and physical fitness to perform patrol duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, or emergency medical response.
• Familiarity with security technology such as CCTV systems and access control software.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Control access to facilities by verifying credentials and managing visitor logs.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, including providing first aid or contacting emergency services as needed.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance issues accurately and timely.
