Lead with Compassion & Make a Difference Every Weekend – Join TERI as a Residential Weekend Program Manager


The Residential Weekend Program Manager oversees the weekend operations of a TERI residential assigned homes, ensuring the safety, well-being, and growth of adults with developmental disabilities. In collaboration with the Weekday Program Manager and under the direction of the QIDP, this role supervises weekend staff, coordinates household functions, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures compliance with agency policies and licensing standards. The Weekend Program Manager also supports client programming, medical care, and active participation in wellness and fitness initiatives, serving as a role model and leader for both staff and residents.

 

Your Role & Responsibilities –

  • Supervise and lead weekend residential staff, providing training, guidance, and performance support.
  • Manage household operations, including scheduling, meals, cleaning, and supply inventory.
  • Ensure accurate client documentation, data collection, and compliance with TERI policies and licensing requirements.
  • Oversee client care, behavior interventions, and participation in wellness and therapeutic programs.
  • Coordinate with the Weekday Program Manager and QIDP to maintain continuity of care and program consistency.
  • Support staff development, team communication, and special projects to enhance program quality.

 

Qualifications –

  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or related field preferred.
  • 6 months’ experience in residential or human services setting
  • 1 year of supervisory experience 
  • Ability to obtain a California Class B driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills with attention to detail.

 

Pay –

$25.00 Hourly

 

Status –

Full-time 

  • Friday: 3:30 PM–11:30 PM or split shift 6:30 AM–8:30 AM & 3:30 PM–9:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM or 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM or 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
  • Monday: 6:30 AM–9:30 AM
