What We Offer

• Highly competitive salary: $95,000–$110,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Predictable schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

This role blends hands-on patient care with clinical leadership. You’ll deliver exceptional outpatient therapy while helping guide best practices, mentor clinicians, and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular care (open to pelvic health)

• Lead by example in clinical quality, professionalism, and patient engagement

• Collaborate with ownership and staff to enhance clinic operations and culture

• Mentor and support team members to foster growth and retention

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and clinical standards

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in the state of Florida

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred (leadership experience a plus)

• Passionate about patient-centered care

• Comfortable mentoring, guiding, and collaborating with a clinical team

• Motivated to grow professionally and help shape a thriving clinic
