Landscape Crew Leader Position Overview

The Landscape Crew Leader will be responsible for managing maintenance performance on Commercial projects . 

Landscape Crew Leader Responsibilities

• Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies 
• Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
• Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles
• Perform landscape and street maintenance duties, including but not limited to, pruning, planting, trimming, edging, and mowing.
• Bed maintenance will include shearing, fertilizing, and mulching.

Landscape Crew Leader Qualifications

• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• 3+ year managing crews.
• Must be able to lift, bend, squat, and work in outdoor weather. 
• Must be able to operate a truck n trailer combo safely.
• Must have a valid Florida drivers’ license
