Heichel Plumbing Inc.Heichel Plumbing is a well-established plumbing company seeking to hire an experienced Plumber Service Foreman to lead our residential/light commercial service team. We have proudly serviced the Central Florida area for over 30 years and have built our reputation on quality work, reliability, and trust.This is a leadership, hands-on role. The Service Foreman must be able to manage crews in the field, handle service calls, and ensure all work is completed to company standards.

Requirements

Position Requirements

5+ years of plumbing service and repair experience (required)
Foreman or leadership experience preferred
Strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing
Experience with re-pipes and change-outs (5+ years preferred)
Ability to lead a crew and work independently
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of plumbing codes, installation, repairs, and maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug test
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead plumbing service technicians in the field
Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls and job assignments
Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues
Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
Train and mentor helpers and service plumbers
Communicate with customers, office staff, and vendors
Review completed work for accuracy and quality
