Our Oconomowoc Shift Leads earned an average of $3.85 per hour in tips over the past six months, in addition to their base pay.  Paid leadership training. A real step toward management. Run the shift when the GM is off the clock. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone organized, energetic, and ready to step up and a proven path into store management. What you'll do Run the shift and keep service fast, accurate, and friendly Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily food prep Route deliveries and keep drivers moving Own the cash drawers and daily paperwork for your shift Keep operational standards on point start to finish Note: Shift Leads run the shift but don't have supervisory authority (hiring, discipline) over other employees — that stays with management.
