Join Our Mission-Driven Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Ocracoke, NC | Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

What You’ll Do as an RN:
- Assist with physical assessments and collect lab specimens.
- Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed.
- Support providers with exams, procedures, and minor clinical tasks.
- Educate patients on wellness practices and clearly communicate physician instructions.
- Ensure safety and compliance with infection control and confidentiality standards.
- Accurately chart assessments, interventions, and test results in Athena (EMR)
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinic or community health experience a plus.
- Proficiency in blood draws and medication dosage calculation.
- A calm, confident presence and the ability to act in emergencies.
Full-Time Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Time Off: 14 days PTO, up to 5 days wellness leave, and 13 paid holidays
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and EAP coverage
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (with a lunch break 12–1)

Part-Time Pay:
- Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Flexible part-time hours within clinic operating hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
