Job Description:
Quevera is seeking a Technical Program Lead to lead the migration and modernization of web-based software solutions within a cloud environment. This position will oversee “lift-and-shift” migrations, improve multi-region resiliency, transition applications to serverless architectures, and introduce advanced cloud services—including AI and machine learning—to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of web-based application migrations to the cloud environment.Â
- Develop and implement multi-region resiliency for cloud-hosted applications.Â
- Modernize existing applications using serverless cloud capabilities.Â
- Identify and implement AI/ML and other advanced cloud services to improve system performance and efficiency.Â
- Lead technical teams responsible for developing, deploying, and sustaining software solutions.Â
- Coordinate technical activities across organizations, teams, and multiple platforms.Â
- Refine technical requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans.Â
- Develop level-of-effort estimates, schedules, and projected costs.Â
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development, migration, deployment, and sustainment lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:
- Twenty (20) years of experience in software development and deployment.Â
- Five (5) years of experience with one or more of the following:Â
- JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.jsÂ
- DjangoÂ
- MySQL or GraphQLÂ
- PythonÂ
- WordPress, Headless WordPress, or other CMS applicationsÂ
- Linux environmentsÂ
- Kubernetes and DockerÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.Â
- Four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.Â
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.Â
- Experience developing, deploying, and sustaining software products.Â
- Experience leading technical teams.

- Experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms and services.Â
- Experience developing, deploying, and sustaining web-based software applications.Â
- Experience modernizing applications using serverless architectures.Â
- Experience designing or implementing resilient, multi-region cloud solutions.Â
- Experience working across organizations and multiple technical platforms.Â
- Experience using AI/ML cloud services.Â
- Experience using agentic AI platforms to deliver technical solutions.Â
- Ability to refine technical requirements and develop level-of-effort and cost estimates.Â
- AWS certifications.Â
- Experience with Angular, Django, Linux, Kubernetes, and Docker.Â
- Cloud subject-matter expertise.
