Position SummaryÂ
We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impressionÂ
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized mannerÂ
Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accuratelyÂ
Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into membersÂ
Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiriesÂ
Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS softwareÂ
Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreachÂ
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environmentÂ
Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experienceÂ
Social Media/Marketing Activities:Â Create reels/videos, post content to FB and IG, design flyers, capture patient testimonials, etc.Â
QualificationsÂ
College degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferredÂ
Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skillsÂ
Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environmentÂ
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindsetÂ
Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 poundsÂ
Office management or marketing experience is a plusÂ

ScheduleÂ
This role requires availability week days and weekends with with occasional travel between Crofton/Gambrills and Annapolis.Â
Compensation and BenefitsÂ
- Starting salary: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experienceÂ
- Bonus potential
- 4-5 day workweek and weekends
