NOW HIRING LANDSCAPING LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

Starting pay of $18+ per hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating beautiful, well-maintained properties? On The Green is hiring Landscaping Laborers to join our team. Our ideal candidate enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in quality results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

Routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, raking, and flower planting.
Complete spring and fall clean-ups with attention to detail.
Assist with snow removal during winter months.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
Ensure all properties are left clean, neat, and professionally finished.
Support additional tasks as needed to complete daily job assignments.

Requirements

Landscaping experience preferred but not required.
Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for interacting with teammates and clients.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Able to lift 35–80 lbs regularly.
