VarcoMac, LLC has an immediate need for a Project Intern. This position is responsible for assisting project managers of construction teams with the overall document control and data entry. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to project management construction teams
  • Support and work closely with project managers and some field supervisors.
  • Assist with daily correspondence and documents.
  • Track and organize RFIs and submittals.
  • Input data into spreadsheets
  • Participation in relevant project meetings.
  • Other tasks as assigned and/or developed.

 

Qualifications: 

  • In office position
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word and Excel.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
