Essential duties include the following:
- Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
- Coordinates and promotes District-wide asset inventory processes along with RPC Asset Management.
- Coordinates, updates, and maintains the assets tracking system for assigned assets.
- Ensures all assets are properly tagged and recorded in the asset tracking system.
- Conducts routine asset inventories (monthly, annual) in coordination with Asset Management.
- Coordinates and records transfers and disposals of fixed assets to ensure the decisions are consistent with business needs.
- Develops asset reports, including inventory reports.
- Assists with the development of written processes and procedures for identifying, tracking, transferring, reporting, and disposing of assets.
- Support field personnel and other individuals involved in asset management by ensuring operators are trained, proficient, and understand the asset management process.
- May assist Maintenance department with recordkeeping and other duties associated with spare parts inventory.
- Conducts assigned tasks to track assets as assigned by supervisor.
- Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
- This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
