We’re a leading landscaping company committed to excellence in outdoor environments. Our new Fertilizer & Pest Control division is expanding, and we’re seeking a skilled technician to help us deliver safe, sustainable, and effective treatments that protect and enhance our clients’ landscapes.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to turf, ornamental beds, and plant material according to best practices and safety standards
  • Diagnose and treat plant health issues including nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases
  • Operate and maintain application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with account managers and crew leaders to ensure timely, effective service delivery
  • Uphold safety protocols and environmental stewardship in all field operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape fertilization and pest control
  • Strong knowledge of turf and ornamental plant care, common pests, and disease prevention
  • Clean and valid Florida driver’s license (required)
  • Florida CPCO license (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
