We are seeking to fill Machine Operators on 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) at our Odessa, FL location.

Responsibilities

Perform daily tasks required to maintain consistent production flow.
Meet or exceed production times within acceptable performance standards.
Adapt to process changes and learn new skills as needed.
Identify, separate, and remove sub‑standard or rejected connectors according to quality standards.
Complete all necessary paperwork and enter data into the MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure proper tool care.
Stay focused on assigned tasks and use work time efficiently.
Lift and carry up to 35 lbs and stand for the duration of a typical 8 hour shift.

Job Requirements

Read, understand, and follow job instructions in English,
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
Ability to use proper tooling and components associated with machining tasks.
Strong attention to detail for quality inspection and defect separation.
Basic computer/data entry skills for MES input.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.
Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and remain standing for entire shift.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and support continuous improvement.
