Physical Therapist (Per Visit Compensation)  


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team and serve clients in the surrounding areas. This role offers the flexibility of a pay-per-visit structure, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact while managing their own schedule. Key Responsibilities  

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans  

- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function  

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary  

- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and health maintenance strategies  

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care  

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards  


Skills and Qualifications  

- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist 

- Ability to pass a drug test, TB test, and background check 

- Valid CPR certification

- Proven experience in outpatient or clinical settings preferred  

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills  

- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule  

- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices  

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
