Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to lead field operations, drive quality, and develop high-performing crews. This role is key to ensuring efficient production, strong safety practices, and exceptional service across all assigned properties.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, routing, and job scheduling
- Ensure top-tier quality control across multiple properties
- Lead, train, and hold Foremen accountable to performance standards
- Identify and resolve deficiencies proactively
- Partner with Account Managers on work orders and client needs
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
- Manage equipment allocation and maintain property maps
- Spot enhancement opportunities and communicate them clearly
What You Bring
- 5+ years of landscape maintenance or production management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Expertise in quality control and problem-solving in the field
- Experience with scheduling, route optimization, and operational planning
- Ability to read or create Gantt charts (preferred)
- Knowledge of contracts, production rates, and field operations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
