Maintenance Division 

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to lead field operations, drive quality, and develop high-performing crews. This role is key to ensuring efficient production, strong safety practices, and exceptional service across all assigned properties.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, routing, and job scheduling
  • Ensure top-tier quality control across multiple properties
  • Lead, train, and hold Foremen accountable to performance standards
  • Identify and resolve deficiencies proactively
  • Partner with Account Managers on work orders and client needs
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
  • Manage equipment allocation and maintain property maps
  • Spot enhancement opportunities and communicate them clearly

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of landscape maintenance or production management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Expertise in quality control and problem-solving in the field
  • Experience with scheduling, route optimization, and operational planning
  • Ability to read or create Gantt charts (preferred)
  • Knowledge of contracts, production rates, and field operations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
