What You'll Do

As a Deburr Technician, you'll help create high-quality precision parts used in industries like aerospace, defense, communications, and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Removing burrs and sharp edges from machined parts
• Using hand tools and abrasives to improve finished products
• Following blueprints and work instructions
• Inspecting parts for quality and detail
• Working closely with a supportive production team

You'll be trained to use:

• High-speed handheld deburr tools
• Buffing wheels
• Abrasives
• Precision hand tools
• 10X microscopes for detailed inspection work

• Good hand-eye coordination
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work with small, detailed parts
• Pride in producing quality work

Manufacturing, beauty, crafting, nail tech, sewing, jewelry, art, or hands-on experience can translate well into this role.

Schedule

Full-time day shift
Monday–Thursday
6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Enjoy three-day weekends every week.
