What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all health and wellness services for residents
  • Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
  • Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
  • Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
  • Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
  • Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
  • Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals
  • Demonstrate flexibility and be willing to support daily floor operations as needed
  • Manage department staffing schedules and daily labor to ensure appropriate coverage while maintaining budgeted labor goals.

What You'll Need:

  • Active RN or LVN/LPN license in the State of Utah
  • CPR Certification 
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in senior living required
  • Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings, along with stepping onto the floor to provide coverage and support when necessary. 
  • Valid driver’s license
