We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Operations Support Assistant to join our team at our Highway and Grinding Facility in Ogden, Utah. This is an amazing opportunity to join our thriving company.

Job Description:

Full-time Operations Support Assistant to provide administrative support to our Grinding and Grooving operations division.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills. Experience in the construction or contractor industry is strongly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, aptitude to working in a fast-paced environment, and good judgment are essential. The candidate must demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to work with others. As a hard-working team, we are eager to reach high goals, all while staying focused on helping execute our long-term vision.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and audit customer billings

• Invoicing for work done and collecting on past due accounts

• Input all job information, employees, and equipment into our scheduling and accounting software

• Ensure accuracy of field employees’ timecards, schedules, and time off requests

• Audit and manage job documentation for discrepancies

• Maintain and deliver reports of project-based information

• Reconcile credit cards & fuel accounts regularly

• Maintain effective communication with operations, contractors, and vendors

• Act as point of contact for assigned operations employees with any administration questions

• Shop Inventory administrative tasks such as monthly inventory, receiving confirmation

• Administrative work for Highway and Grind property facility

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen & possess a valid driver’s license

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Able to work with and support all levels and personalities across the organization

• Be self-motivated, dependable, and punctual

• Must be highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, with the ability to learn other accounting and information systems

• Construction or contractor industry experience (Preferred)
