Pay: $100,000 - $115,00/annually + bonuses

What You'll Be Doing (Where You Make Your Impact)
- Own the estimating process from start to finish-plans, specs, scope, all of it
- Break down projects into real costs: labor, materials, equipment, subs
- Lead quantity takeoffs and make sure nothing gets missed (because missed = expensive)
- Work closely with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to build competitive bids
- Attend site walks and pre-bid meetings to get the real story behind the plans
- Identify value engineering opportunities (save money without cutting corners)
- Submit clean, accurate, on-time proposals-no last-minute chaos
- Help hand projects off smoothly once the job is won

What You Bring to the Table
- 6+ years in electrical constructionÂ
- 6+ years of estimating experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices
- Experience with estimating software like Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar
- Ability to read blueprints like a second language
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple bids at once
- Solid communication skills-you can talk to engineers, PMs, and vendors without things getting lost in translation
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
