Direct Support Professional

Job Title: Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)

Job Type: Part-Time

Location: Westbrook, Maine

Salary: Up to $26/hour + $300 Sign-On Bonus(after working 20 hours within first 4 months)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized behavioral health support to children and youth (ages 1–21).
• Supervise and deliver therapeutic interventions for clients with behavioral challenges.
• Support clients within their homes and communities.
• Safely transport clients using personal, reliable vehicle.
• Follow treatment plans created by families and case management teams.
• Maintain daily documentation and session notes using smartphone applications and email (training provided).

Required Qualifications:

• Active BHP certification preferred (not required; training provided).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children (education, childcare, babysitting/nannying, etc. preferred).
• Interest in early childhood education, psychology, or social work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, active insurance, and registration.
