Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.
  • Monitor and report health changes as directed.
  • Prepare meals and support dietary needs.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families.
  • Transport clients to appointments as needed.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Caregiving or home health is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willing and able to work in Lake Country communities.
