Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up Lake Country, WI is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as our Installation Manager. At Kitchen Tune-Up we offer cabinet refacing, redooring, cabinet painting, custom cabinets, wood cabinet restoration, countertops and backsplash. We are a family and women-owned franchise with strong values and ethics are seeking a like-minded professional to help us serve the community with cost-effective, high quality kitchen updates.

Responsibilities 
  • Run multiple job sites efficiently and safely. 
  • Finish carpentry skills and the ability to help with installations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
  • Manage 3-5 employees.
  • Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed. 
  • Inspect projects and forward feedback to the franchise owner and other team members.
  • Work with the Materials Manager to address any missing, defective or incorrect materials .
  • Problem solve and communicate changes to the project plan and schedule.
  • Manage the installation of all countertops, including coordinating measure dates, install dates, plumbing and associated materials, such as sinks and faucets.
  • Drive excellence in customer service, including customer communications, prep of job site, cleanliness, end of project gifts, and the management of the Review and Referral Program.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our company Trustpoints, within the scope of the contract, within budget, and compliant with codes and ordinances.
