Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Practice Physician for an outpatient opportunity in Okeechobee, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This outpatient role offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule and the opportunity to directly impact community health within a dedicated clinic environment. The physician will focus on diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while serving as a Medical Consultant for the health department.

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $215,000 - $300,000
• Competitive physician compensation package
• Full benefits package included

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fully onsite clinical setting
• No telehealth requirements

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare and wellness
• Participate in community-focused healthcare initiatives
• Serve as Medical Consultant within the health department
