We are looking for undergraduate students in the field of computer science, math, or business process management.

Responsibilities include receiving and routing help desk calls, upgrade and replacement of corporate computer hardware and software. Basic troubleshooting of Mac and Microsoft operating systems with the inclusion of MS Office, and Adobe products. Perform other related assigned duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

1) Intermediate knowledge of modern Windows or Mac operating systems

2) Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot applications

3) Self-motivated and able to contribute in a team setting

Preferred:

1) 1 year course work in information systems/sciences, computer repair

2) A+, MCP, or Network plus certification

3) An interest in help desk and computer technician technologies and concepts
