ā¢ Ā Ā Review blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work orders to plan and execute service tasks efficiently
ā¢ Ā Ā Diagnose and resolve equipment issues through root cause analysis
ā¢ Ā Ā Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and customers to ensure top performance
ā¢ Ā Ā Provide professional, reliable service while representing Nortek in the field
ā¢ Ā Ā Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
ā¢ Ā Ā High school diploma or GED (technical or trade school preferred)
ā¢ Ā Ā 3ā5 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment service, EPA 608 certification
ā¢ Ā Ā Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
ā¢ Ā Ā Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
ā¢ Ā Ā Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
ā¢ Ā Ā Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as projects require
ā¢ Ā Ā Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
