Opportunity Specifics:

• Contract Type(s): Full-Time Locums to Perm 
• Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
• Schedule: M-F 8a-8p 
• Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
• Mix of Scheduled and Walk-In Patients
• Clinics Average 20-30 Patients/Day
• 1 provider on site w/ MA Support
• Hours of Operation: (8:00am - 8:00pm) 7 Days/Week
• EMR: Experity

Provider Requirements:

• Current Oklahoma State License & DEA
• Active Certification
• Active/Unrestricted DEA
• Current Relevant Clinical Experience
• (Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care)
