As an Office Representative, you will assist customers with their insurance needs, help maintain strong client relationships, and support the day-to-day operations of the agency. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage

- Help customers review their insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options
- Support the agency team with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
