Responsible for performing audits, as it relates to federal, state, and bank policies, procedures and regulations including all cash audits, quarterly negotiable audits and maintaining branch audit books. Must adhere and practice strong internal control procedures at all times while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.Â
Â
Manage the daily routine and customer service level of the branch personnel. Extraordinary customer service will be required of each employee at all times.Â
Â
Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant informationÂ
Â
Obtain and track sales goals for the entire branch, including monthly score card performance reviews with each employeeÂ
Â
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as neededÂ
Â
Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environmentÂ
Â
Manage budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectivesÂ
Â
Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedbackÂ
Â
Resolve customer problems as needÂ
Â
Perform branch personnel duties as neededÂ
Â
Proactively solicit new loan and deposit businessÂ
Â
Adhere to high ethical and professional standardsÂ

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or the equivalent work experienceÂ

Successful sales record in a retail banking environment; with knowledge of bank products and servicesÂ

Bilingual (Spanish) a plusÂ
