About the Role

The CBW Operator is an essential part of our production team, responsible for operating and monitoring batch washing equipment to ensure materials are cleaned and prepared for the next stage of production. This role helps maintain product quality, efficiency, and smooth operations.

 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor continuous batch washing equipment
• Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and quality standards
• Monitor wash cycles, temperatures, and processing times
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot operational or equipment issues when they arise
• Record production data including wash times, temperatures, and materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly

 Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
